Waffle Science

The Guardian has a somewhat belated tale at www.theguardian.com/science/2014/jan/19/mathematics-of-happiness-debunke... ... that has caused a bit of amusement. The comment section is somewhat muted and it seems the eco-loonies realise it is all a bit too close to home. Normally they are in a rush to defend the faith of climate science but this article extolls the virtue of sceptics - in direct contrast to Guardian output on CAGW alarmism (where the opposite position is taken, and that is that the consensus in  inviolable and anyone that would oppose such is not only unwelcome in the Guardian comments column but anti-Gaia in the process. Steve McIntyre is yet to comment but had a post a couple of months ago on the same subject - see http://climateaudit.org/2013/10/21/nick-brown-smelled-bs/ ... which sums it all up nicely. As well as climate science.
