Ice Cube

24 November 2013
Astronomy

The Ice Cube laboratory is a neutrino observatory where the detectors are buried a mile under the surface of Antarctica. They claim to have found 28 high energy events and these probably involved the theoretical astrophysical neutrinos which came from outside the solar system (or that is the general idea). The findings are published in the journal Science – see http://phys.org/print304270386.html
