At http://phys.org/print322472069.html … a team of astrophysicists who proclaimed a month or so back they had made a breakthrough in  confirmation of the Big Bang hypothesis have had to backtrack somewhat. It seems that they might have been premature in rushing to the PR microphone. In fact, they may not have witnessed cosmic inflation at all – or gravitational waves (via BICEP2).

At http://arxiv.org/abs/1405.4796 … Ashok K Singal has written a paper that appears to contradict red shift and expansion of the universe. He has found huge differences between the magnitude of inferred motion, so much so it appears to contradict the consensus view on the isotropy of the universe in all epochs.
