A 40 year study, including data from the Voyager and Cassini missions, and images derived from the European Southern Observatory Very Large Telescope, have resulted in some fascinating patterns in the atmosphere of Jupiter, thought to be related to weather change. They also found Jupiter’s temperatures rose and fell in a pattern that  appears to be definite periods – but they are not tied to specific seasons. As temperature went up at specific locations in the northern hemisphere it fell or went down at the same latitudes in the southern hemisphere. As Jupiter is tilted only at an angle of 3 degrees it is not thought to have an effect on seasons – but something is clearly acting like the seasons.
