Roy Spencer has faced a constant barrage of criticism as the satellite data has consistently contradicted the global warming hype. Yet, this one has got through. Why? It might have something to do with Trump’s NOAA policy and the elimination of the NASA GISS climate department. If so, it has come up trumps.
