Electric Comets

23 September 2025
Electric Universe, Electromagnetism

The Thunderbolts people have been rattling on about electric comets now for a number of years, yet nothing dramatic has shown up. However, we might be in line to see if their idea is correct or not as Comet 31/ATLAS is about to have a rendevous with a CME at full throttle. It will be interesting to find out if there is any substance in the electric comet theory.

The news comes from https://spaceweather.com … on Tuesday September 23rd. Interestingly, even without the approaching CME the brightness of Comet 31/ATLAS, a solar system interloper, has magnified by 40 fold during September. What was a blue comet is now a green one as most of the increase is in that colour range, representing the diatomic compound carbon 2. It glows emerald when energised by solar UV radiation. It is all happening just as 31/ATLAS shortly passes Mars in early October. Spacecaft currently orbiting Mars will get a birds eye view. Will it be a game changer?
