Velikovsky, in his book, Worlds in Collision, envisaged huge space rocks coming close to the Earth – without actually colliding. Such a long time ago now. However, the idea of worlds  really colliding has actually been observed by astronomers. Velikovsky’s title was down to the publisher in order to hype the book but worlds really colliding comes out of a telescope.

William sent in the link after it caught his eye. The title of the piece, ‘giant space objects collide in a neighbouring star system, rare event’s images captured.’ He said, Worlds in Collision captured on camera. Go to https://www.msn.com/en-us/technology/giant-space-objects-collide-in-a-neighboring-star-system-rare-event-s-images-captured/ar-AA1StlXF4 … astronomers have seen the aftermath of two powerful collisions within a 20 year period around a nearby star. One in 2004 and the other in 2023. A double whammy. The objects were at least 37 miles across on each occasion. This is four times the size of the dinosaur killing asteroid.
