What he has created, on paper at least, is a means to generate electrical power in order to run a Tesla Turbine (and power a vehicle). The idea is to sidetrack the battery – which is proving to have problems.

He says earth’s electro-magnetic balance is maintained by discharge events between layers which includes the iron core, the surface, the ionosphere, and space. These might include volcanoes – bringing iron from the core to the negative surface, as well as lightning discharges between the positive ionosphere and the negative surface, and super lightning discharges between the positive ionosphere and the negative vacuum of space. He goes on to say gravity is the resultant force that occurs from electrical interaction between two charged bodies, and describes his version of fourth dimensional space time.
