At http://phys.org/print256538850.html … Nikdem Poplawski claims every black hole may contain a new universe and he presents this idea as a solution to a number of cosmic mysteries. The mysteries, of course, are manufactured in the minds of cosmologists but Poplawski at least addresses the fundamentals, what caused the Big Bang? The idea our universe, or any universe, is contained within a black hole is one of those super intelligent ideas that sounds completely whacko. It is not easy to get the head around if you are of normal IQ but apparently the idea is not inconsistent with General Relativity or Quantum Mechanics.
At www.dailygalaxy.com May 24th, we learn that remnants of a supersized black hole eruption was responsible for what are described as massive bubbles in the Milky Way centre, spanning a huge portion of space, some 50,000 light years, a conclusion drawn from an oddity seen by NASAs Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope back in 2010.
