In fact, its orbit is centred almost entirely within the orbit of Venus. From a Velikovsky point of view this is interesting – for some people. Its actual existence hints at potentially many more space rocks are moving around in uncharted regions close to the Sun. The Zwicky Transient Facility detected the asteroid in January this year (2019). It has been catalogued as 2019 AQW3 – and it has the shortest year of any known asteroid, an orbital period of just 165 days. It is also an unusually big specimen.

Carbonaceous Chondrites are made up of organic and inorganic components going by those meteorites that have landed on Earth without disintegrating. The origin of the organic matter is thought to go all the way back to the formation of our universe. The method, atomic force microscopy based infrared spectroscopy enabled the researchers to view the components of two chondrites, the Murchison meteorite and the Bell meteorite, at high resolution. They were able to see the fine detail of organic matter and its association with minerology.

The periodic table was invented 150 years ago and since then they have worked to fill in the rows of elements and make sense of their properties. Researchera have also been trying to find out where all 118 elements come from. Now, they say, the elements were forged during the life and death of stars. Every element on Earth, they continue, were inherited from the nebula that gave birth to our solar system, 4.5 billion years ago. They include iron, silicon, gold and silver, and calcium. Within 15 minutes of Big Bang atoms of hydrogen coelesced out of the cloud of newly born particles as it expanded and cooled. Some of them quickly combined with each other to create helium. These two elements, they claim, make up 98% of the universe. They are the primary ingredients in stars.
